for Weddings, Receptions, Anniversaries, Family Reunions,
Company and Group Meetings, Seminars and Beach Parties.

WEDDING PRICES (8 hrs.)
Mondays thru Thursdays-$1,000
Fridays - $1,600
Saturdays - $2,000
Sundays - $1,600
EVENT PRICES (5 hrs.)
Mondays thru Thursdays - $625
or $125 per person
Fridays - $1,000 or $200 per person
Saturdays - $1,200 or $240 per person
Fridays - $1,200 or $240 per person

*$500.00 Non-Refundable deposit for all Weddings and Events (applied
towards rental balance).
In order to reserve the Isle Dauphine Club House
and beach area for a preferred date and time,
The non-refundable deposit ($500) is due upon
signing the rental agreement.
*A Damage Deposit of $500 must be paid two (2) weeks prior to
the event in addition to the rental fee.
The Damage Deposit must be on a credit card..no
exceptions.
The Damage Deposit is completely refundable
within 48 hours of the event if no damage has occurred.
*Security is required for weddings and events with over 150 guests
- $120.00 based on eight (8) hours.
